These guys just really, really hate the Flash. Don't even talk about him around them. You know how much you hate your boss? Imagine he was ten times worse... had super-speed... and kept bothering you even though you didn't work for him. Then imagine you hated him so much, you had to put on a costume and shoot at him with a freeze gun... and he still won't stop! Then imagine that after a smaller clone of your antagonistic boss convinces you to kill him, you get captured by the Suicide Squad and.. well, the metaphor breaks down, but you get the point.
